How to Use

Rinse (optional): Lightly rinse 1 cup barnyard flakes in water if they are dusty. Drain immediately.

Soak (optional): Soak for 2–3 minutes if flakes are thick; otherwise skip this step.

Prepare tempering: Heat 1–2 tsp oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilli, onion, and sauté.

Add vegetables (optional): Add chopped veggies like carrot, peas, or potato and cook lightly.

Add flakes: Add barnyard flakes and mix gently.

Season: Add salt, turmeric, and a little lemon juice.
