How to Use

Wash (optional): Lightly rinse 1 cup ragi flakes and drain immediately.

Soak (optional): Soak for 2–3 minutes if flakes are thick; otherwise you can use them directly.

Prepare tempering: Heat 1–2 tsp oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilli, and onion; sauté well.

Add vegetables (optional): Add chopped vegetables like carrot, peas, capsicum, or potato and cook lightly.

Add flakes: Add ragi flakes and mix gently.

Season: Add salt, turmeric, and lemon juice as per taste.

Cook: Cover and cook on low flame for 2–3 minutes.
